Easiest caremel I have ever made!!!!

Thank you!! I'm going to give it a try after I hit the farmers market for some apples to dip in it....yay!

The water in the pan -does- keep the can from exploding. Family friends have made caramel this way many times, but once, the mom went to run some errands and the teenage boys forgot to keep the water topped up.... They had caramel splashes all over the ceiling. Oops!
