Beaner, I would bring the sale birds even if no one here is interested. Worst case, you take them home again. But I'll bet someone will want them.

jywel417, depending on the amount of birds, judging will end between 1-4pm. It just depends. Its a toss of the dice whether it would be worth it to drive from Oak Ridge. Is there someone else who's coming that you could send them with?

Since judging starts at 9am, how about we meet at 10:30m at the rooster statue in front of the poultry barn? That gives everyone 1.5 hours to breathe a sigh of relief that they're done prepping the birds, hit the sale area, put away the birds they weren't supposed to buy, and then mosey over to the rooster. Sound fair? Then we can visit for a bit, and get some photos, before anyone starts looking for lunch.

Since they took entries through yesterday it will prbably be a while before they know how many entries. Every year I've gone there have been more and more entries, though. The fact that this is a cash show helps! There aren't many of those around.

Yes, the morning will be chilly, especially for small chicks.

I shall be there for meetup not selling or showing. I have others coming too but they will not be there for meetup. These are people not on BYC and some not even on the internet. I am getting the word out to those that did not know about show that are into chickens local.
