Easter Egger club!

No you don't have to leave the club! EE's can lay any color egg. Yours happens to lay brown eggs. That's the caveat, you don't know what color eggs you'll get until they start laying;)
Ditto. When my first set of Easter Eggers started laying only Muffins' eggs were green. Robin layed a yellow egg, Braveheart's was pink. Glinda turned out to be an Australorp and her eggs are tan.

Ol' Red (My production Red) lays a brown egg, Nut, a Cuckoo Marans' is a dark brown, My other EE's, Smokey, Strawberry Shortcake, ObLaDi and ObLaDa lay various shades of turquoise giving me a nice rainbow of colors.

Hi my 4 EE, I haven't name them only because I'm not sure if they are for sure Males or females. The blue/gray is the one I am most wondering if boy or girl. And the black one before it. Last pic is of my D'Uccle whom I'm pretty sure is a male:(. Any guesses on these young chickens? The EE are 9 weeks this next Tuesday, the D'Uccle is 10 weeks this coming Tuesday.

I have two EEs... One is an adult pullet from Meyers that lays lovely green eggs. The other is a 4 week old (hopefully) Pullet (knocking on wood) that I got from the breeder I just got my aruacana and barnevelder from. She's a black breasted red aruacana over a lavender ameraucana. She's 2.5 weeks in this pic.

Here's Bunny and her egg

I think it is to early to tell if male or female they are so cute

These are my first EEs and I am in love! They are almost 9 weeks old. The one in the first picture loves to be held and will do everything possible to get out of the coop and get into my arms :love There are 5 total and I have not named them yet. I usually name my chickens something in the food category. Nugget, Peaches, Nacho (Not your chicken dinner! LOL!) Smore (because I'll always get more!) Soup (because it took her forever to begin laying) But I really want to come up with a special name for my little cuddle bug :D
