Ask away! There's a ton of super smart people on here - not including myself. XDI have so many questions a about raising these chickens they look so cute

Ditto. When my first set of Easter Eggers started laying only Muffins' eggs were green. Robin layed a yellow egg, Braveheart's was pink. Glinda turned out to be an Australorp and her eggs are tan.No you don't have to leave the club! EE's can lay any color egg. Yours happens to lay brown eggs. That's the caveat, you don't know what color eggs you'll get until they start laying![]()
I think it is to early to tell if male or female they are so cuteHi my 4 EE, I haven't name them only because I'm not sure if they are for sure Males or females. The blue/gray is the one I am most wondering if boy or girl. And the black one before it. Last pic is of my D'Uccle whom I'm pretty sure is a male. Any guesses on these young chickens? The EE are 9 weeks this next Tuesday, the D'Uccle is 10 weeks this coming Tuesday.
I love the name Opal! Here’s our two newbie EE’s.....my kids named them Easter (how original, lol) and Opal.
