Easter Egger Sexing "tips and tricks" *Pictures Included*

All these 8 week olds are roos. All EE's See how every one of them have specks of red scattered in the wing and dark red pea combs.

This is an EE 8 week old pullet. uniformed color.

the orange and grey roo up front, 2 pullets in the back Both only 2 colors black and white and tan and white All EE's
I also have an orange and blue and orange and black pullets.
In my case it seems the calico looking birds are roos.

@sevenbabychicks Thank you. I think s/he is very pretty too. It would suck if I had 2 out of 4 boys because I though I was buying 4 pullets. No way I can convince hubby to get more baby chicks until next year lol

I tried figuring it out from what y'all said, but I am not the brightest bulb in the tool shed.

Anyway, can y'all help us? Neither of these have pointy feathers, though they appear that way at times. The first one looks like she has a single comb and the second looks like a pea comb. They are both about 7 weeks old.

Ginger, I sure hope they're both girls! The second one looks like she could be my Gertrude's sister. Gertrude is a bit darker and the rose/salmon in her chest is more pronounced but it's my understanding that rose in the chest is a female sign just like red on the back is male.
