i was sitting here writting everone in my notebook for a list when everything gets here so i have a check list to look at i see some of u asked good questions so i will answer them here for everyone to see.

someone asked about sending small bulbs, corms ect. i don't want to do that for this swap since we will be shipping in bubble envi's, there is no way to protect them from being smashed or broke. so if u all want after this swap the next one we do if you want we can do a bulb/plant swap. by then spring should be close and i'll have tons of things i can swap too. we can use like #4 priority boxes to keep the costs of shipping down. let me know what everyones ideas on that r.

i was also asked, if i was pairing u up, surpriseing u, or if we were doing want lists. what i'm going to do is not open any envies till everyones is here, once they r i will open them and have my swap stuff done too. what u get back will be a surprise i will swap everyones stuff around so i try to get it so we get seeds from 6 different people, we all will get a different small gift back from another swapper, u will all get bonus seeds from me ect and newbies will also get a special bonus but i'm not sure what that is gonna be yet. i like to try to be creative with that one so i'm thinking of ideas but u will all have stuff from me added as hostess surprises as well. the reason i do this is bacause so many helped me when i started it's like a pay it forward tradition if that makes sence and it is loads of fun cuz u will have extra surprises too. i have tons of seeds so it's nice to share with others since i have extras.

alright, went through all ur pm's and emails. i'm writteing u all down on my check list. this is so when the envies start to come in i can mark u all off recieved/shipped back but also helps me to know who is who and to not mess up who sent what just incase. so the following i at least need ur real names so i don't mess up anything. everyone else i got.

that is just from pm and email, i got to read back through ur posts but if i miss anyone please let me know so i can mark u on the checklist that way i don't miss sending ur extras.

some of u have thanked me for hosing and the way this is set up and some have said u were worried since u were new to swapping if u were doing it right. first nope u all r doing excellent so no probs if u need any help or have questions ask away.

as to the thanks for hosting it is my pleasure anytime.

swaps r to be fun, creative, to get to meet new friends, to help others and share in a common intrest and above all is about trust and honesty since u give ur word. the surprises, the swap stuff u get back is all just an added bonus to enjoy. noone should have to worry about being left out and being hurt there is absolutely no need/reason for it. the safety of the swappers is the most important thing, i too agree i think if we do them like this it protects the swappers from being taken advantage of, that was my main reason for setting it up this way.
