Contacted blue seal directly...awaiting their response. If dont hear by Monday PM I will call The HQ. Just us few could easily do a ton a month in chickens and half a ton in rabbit, not counting equine. I can easily re up my tax exempt status and form another co. under my current corp just to get it over here. I can run the pricing at cost and just file even at the end of the year if I can get blue seal to do it without a store front. If I can snag them...it will be easy to get hooked up with other suppliers for every thing else. If not..i'll get somebody, trust me. Not many companies will turn down a couple tons a month.

BTW, I know some people have trouble getting it so thought I would post here.

My local co-op sells the GALLONS of sulmet and corid. I think sulmet was supposed to get hard to find, but they carry it there.

I'm hoping with the next 4 birds leaving this next weekend (assuming someone buys them!) my feed bill will decrease a bit. Seems like I should not be going through 50lbs a week.....but I am!

I just finished setting the eggs! For the NYD hatch I am so excited! I also wanted to say thanks to Tennesseeckn and HappyMtn for providing me with eggs for the hatch with out them I don't know if I would have been able to do it. I picked up 10 eggs from Tennesseeckn. 4 SLW and 6 BBS Orps. (imported type). I am so hoping to hatch a splash baby! I also recieved 10 eggs from HappyMtn. She sent 7 eggs from her split/lavender cuckoo ameraucana project. 2 Oliver Egger eggs and 1 really dark Maran egg.
I am also going to throw in two of my Barn yard mix eggs just for fun!

I also posted a few of my older chickens on Craig's list to make room for the babies. I have lavender orps (trio), silver sussex (pair), a coro sussex/lavender orp mix. and big silver laced brahma.

I saw your ad! I was drooling over the Coronation girl

Gracie the gsd has really been in training for looking after the chickens & is doing so fab they got to be out for 5 hrs. with just her she looks after them as they peck all around her no biggie goes & keeps them within sight not bad no threats from any kind of preds yet but a good learning experience for her.Hey works for me calm learning yeah buddy. She is tired after working came in hit her bed napped for quite awhile.lol.

No road trip for me next week, we have make Christmas cookies. The Coro is pretty, I guess I wouldn't be heart broken if she didn't sell.

HappyMtn didn't label that egg. I would love a Wheaten Marans. That egg was much dark that my Black Copper Marans eggs right now.

I don't think she has wheaten marans roosters...I only had hens, so unless she went and got a rooster from somewhere else, I would guess its going to be a first generation olive egger. She used to have the wheaten marans girls with a blue wheaten ameraucana rooster (to make wheaten and blue wheaten olive eggers).
