LOL come on over and i have chairs out there to just sit back and watch the birdies. Just ONE little "fix" wont hurt!

lol i know, i even put the two loud hens and roo out, that need to go, but yesterday let out as someone said was cruel to confine them in the huge pen, then got in trouble for having them loose, then this morn, after they had been penned and gate closed but not locked.. someone opened the gate, and one is out somewere again. though the crazy drunken gf of the neighbor, was right about one thing.. being half asleep and trying to get the dog to chase off the chickens further off towards the neighbor's farm, was a no brainer, as i soon remembered after being shown by him, that the dog would only keep herding them right back to me when id toss them back out to the woods to try to get them to go over to the neighbor's farm.. poor dog, doing his job so well, but me not using my apparent sub to a dog's brain, kept wondering why the stupid chickens kept coming back to me.

then there was the poor traumatized chickens! also the confused but happy to herd dog, trying so hard to do a good job, wondering why he kept having to redo it.

LOL we call that "practice" when we train the dogs!

Hi all long time no hear from me. We are OK. Chickens are doing great. I just updated their blog with pics. Very pleased with hatchlings. Not much going on due to heat. Thank Goodness that has broken. We did have to buy a new car since the chevy cav broke down. Hubby did not want to put any more money in it. So now we have a Dodge Nitro in red. Our big red truck they call it a med size SUV yea right its a truck with 4x4. At least we will have no problems this winter getting out of driveway. Now to put a hitch on it then next year I can get my goats and keep this place chewed down.

Nitros are nice although i'm not a dodge fan. What year Cav? I love those cars, especially 93-94 z24s. My mitsubishi endeavor is a full size suv but tag wise and mentally ...she's a truck. awd tow package but shes getting tired. I'm looking for a beater to get around town. Something the size of a cav LOL I too am glad the heat has subsided. Wonder if we'll get a fall before winter? We certainly did not get a spring before summer!

yes, sadly still selling the lovebirds (hopefully just getting the hundred i paid for them as actually got them as pets healthy even to begin with. lol). negotiable price, to free, to good home for rescued tiels together. theyve tamed down alot again now, since took the houses out, that wasnt actually expecting them to use, though tiels stayed pretty friendly any way. one of the other male tiels i had was the devil, but then suddenly was so sweet after i put a nest in and they raised some chicks.. go figure! or trade the tiels to another bird addict (at least im scaling down in size!), if anyone has a gf for my rescued male budgie.

i also have a seeming female blue bar homer looking for home, as she was supposed to be mate for my tippler/high flier, but fantail/tumbler female seems to have decided otherwise, so just dont want to have them fight more when homer fully matures, as the fantail kept trying to nest with my highflier, on my neighbor's balcony roof and porch, now trying to nest on bottom of cage and in feed container along with the two roller females. soooo... if these loose moraled birds would stop trying to breed in food bowls and bottom of cages, id be a happy camper, as not prepared this time, and feel bad feeding three dozen eggs to my bearded dragons (though they seem to like it). also have to find patricia the bunny a home now to, as s/he has turned him and petrick's cage into a prision shower cliché. also have two baby guinea pigs now also, aside from the parents.. so unless someone wants them, they might end up food for mick my ball python rescue i kept, before they get to big (they double in size every day remarkably, and just almost to cute to feed off, as look like little pieces of fudge).

Its a 91 and runs but needs a new head I think. Something to do with sparkplugs. Car repair is not my area that is my hubbies area. We are selling it for a couple hundred. Hubby drove it too and from work these past few years we are second owners on it.

If it's a new head then ugggggg not worth it, should just take it to the place on 81 that will pay you for the scrap. Something to do with spark plugs? I can handle that. Is it the 4 cylander or the 6? Will it still run at all? I am seriously looking for a beater to go in and out of town and to take the kids to and from school. As it is now, 20 bucks only gets me back and forth to the school maybe 3 days.
