I paid almost sixty in shipping for three nesting boxes. DH told me when they arrived that he could build the same thing and then set out to prove it the next day. (He does heating and air and has the sheet metal tools). He's not added the perches but said that he could sell them for seventy five for a four-hole set. If anyone is interested in a set, just let me know. He said he could build a six-hole set, too.

Oh, didn't know your hubby was into metal... you think he'd be able to make rabbit trays for underneath my cages? I was having trouble figuring out what I'd do after I build me some cages... DH doesn't know how he'd do it, has nothing to bend metal...

He said he could and asked me for dimensions. I told him it I thought it would go on the outside of a 24x24" cage with an 18" lip. Does that sound about right?

That just sounds wrong somehow...

This was the size for Stang's rabbit trays. I replied to your post on the page before this one. Even MY hens don't need 24x24".

Probably not, lol
But you sure they can get into a 12. Yours are like a 14 W arnt they

at any rate IMPO 14x14x14 is perfect
Ill take a 4 hole or 5 hole (whatever is easier for him) straight across 14x14x14 boxes if those dimensions are feasible. If he needs to fudge +or- an inch someplace..that is still OK. Tell him to take his time though because I have to pt some money together

Even that makes me laugh now, I'll get the diminsions to you once I have saved up enough to order the welded wire, gonna build cages that TSC doesn't sale... I just wanted to check with you before hand to see if it were possible, then I'll let you know and he can quote me a price, otherwise flat sheets of metal angled sideways will have to do...

which is my setup right now... for now if he just wants to give me a price a 24"x24" cage with maybe an 1.5" height maybe 2"... no 18"! Lol, that's how tall the cages are..

While the site is down we'll have a page that will provide details as well as links to our sister sites and our facebook page!"

I think the GFM's and PPM's are already aware.
