Alrighty folks, I got this recipe from a resort that my husband proposed to me in a fishing boat at...It is soooo easy and very good. Serve with warm cornbread or white corn tortilla chips, sour cream and grated cheddar cheese!

Taco Soup:
Cook one pound of hamburger, drain
2 cans red kidney beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans pinto beans
You can pick other varieties instead if you have a personal preference.
2 cans corn

Dump all of these cans, JUICE and all into the crock pot, add hamburger, as much onion as you personally like.

Add: 1 package taco seasoning
1 package uncle dan's salad dressing mix (or other brand)

Cook 6-8 hours in crockpot on low. This can be cooked on stove but the flavor is more enhanced crockpotting.

It makes a whole crockpot, great for potlucks or just a flat out cold wet day.
Enjoy!

I love my taco soup recipe which is very similar to yours! Is the Uncle Dan's salad dressing mix similar to a pack of dried ranch mix? That is what I use in my recipe. This freezes very well. I almost like it more than chili - at least I make it more than I make chili.

That does sound yummy! If you're watching sodium intake, rinse the canned items before adding, the replace the juice with tap water.
