I built a permanent brooder under the roosts and use the top of the brooder as a droppings board. It's just a flat piece of plywood. I use a garden hoe with a short (broken) handle to scrape the poop loose and a squeegee to rake the poop into a plastic bin. Since the brooder doesn't go all the way across, I set plastic bins on the floor underneath the roosts. These are the bins I scrape the poop into. The pure poop goes in my compost bin.
