Easy Pizza - Bread maker style :)

Why rabbit? What about white meat chicken? I've put white meat chicken on pizza before and it came out fine. The meat didn't dry out at all.

I think pizza is heart healthy.

Don't overdo the cheese, and maybe add some whole wheat to the pizza crust. Topped with lots o'veggies I think you're doing great!

Venison pizza does sound interesting. Maybe if you marinated it first? Would that nullify the low fat benefit?
 
I dunno if I'd have venison on pizza, but the doc wants me to go on a radical diet. Been putting it off for a couple of months.
 
Pizza isn't necessarily bad for the heart. It all depends on how you make it. For example - your whole wheat crust is a very healthy choice, homemade even better. (no preservatives, etc)

Toppings have a lot to do with it as well....a nothing-but-meats pizza is not as heart healthy as one topped with some meat and mostly veggies. Ground hamburger, ground turkey or chicken, or ground venison are healthier than sausage or pepperoni....a low fat cheese helps, etc.

Homemade pizzas are a big hit with us too. We make several different crusts, homemade sauce, lots of toppings.

Although we raise our own beef, pork and chicken, we also eat venison - deer and elk. You really should try it. Yum!
