breakfast: hard boiled egg
slice of white toast, with brummel and brown
buttery spread
cup of tea

snack: carrot sticks

lunch: tossed salad/ light dressing
6 ritz crackers

snack: 90 calorie bag of baked doritos

dinner: BBQ country ribs
mashed potatoes/ gravy
green beans

Drinks: 2 glasses of decaf iced tea
3 glasses of water

Note: cook with smart balance buttery spread, and spread with brummel and brown, made with yogurt

Breakfast:
2 large mugs coffee with 1% milk
one slice crustless spinach quiche
6 oz V8

Lunch:
mandarin chicken salad from Wendy's

Snack:
1 slice whole wheat bread w/ butter
2 slices of turkey

Dinner:
2 small samosas
a little bit of chicken
on large veggie dosa

Blue Cheese dressing.... I know it's bad but it's gone now !!!
Frozen fish fillets (2)
water


Snack
1-Pc of whole grain bread w/peanut butter & jelly
water

I have to start doing this. My old job was a lot more active than the new one, although with the new job schedule I got a dog, and have been walking him several times daily. Still seems like I am out of shape though.

Yesterday:

Fried egg & cheese on an English muffin
yogurt-fruit-granola parfait
herbal tea, straight up

1 California roll
8 leftover Chinese veggie dumplings, pan-fried and disgustingly greasy
more herbal tea
 
Feb 28

Coffee with cream

chinese take out Lunch
chicen and green beans
hot and sour soup
egg roll


Dinner
sausage
scrambled eggs
cheese grits
hoe cake
milk

snack
diet coke
 
Feb 28:

Breakfast: Y0+ yogurt & 3 pretzel sticks, water to wash it all down.

Lunch: Leftover pork with mutigrain rice, unsweetened lady grey tea, fruit coctail cup, 2 jawbreakers (OK I'm bein' bad).

Snack: Slice of pound cake

Dinner: Bats & cobwebs w/ smoked sausage rounds (bowtie pasta & mozarella chunks in tomato sauce), salad, crescent rolls. Water to drink Kids will have milk).

Dessert: Pound cake w/ strawberries on top

always known that diet soda was bad, my husband drinks at least two liters a day of diet coke, and yes, he's got a weight problem. It loves the stuff, though, and doesn't want to give it up - look up stubborn in the dictionary and you'll see his picture!

Hi Reinbeau,

I concur here, and I'm in the same boat with my husband: he loves pop, any kind, and will drink it every chance he gets. I've tried very hard to get him to give up diet pop, and he says it can't hurt because it's "calorie free" and that must mean it's okay, right?

Ugh. He's a hundred pounds overweight, and pop certainly contributes to it.
