Eating Healthy

March 4

Breakfast: 3 pretzel rods, unsweetened tea, vitamin gumball

Lunch: Popcorn, snack cup of fruit cocktail, 1 GS cookie

Dinner: Arby's chicken salad sandwich

Snack: Serving of GS cookies

Dessert: Snacks at a meeting tonight.

Tues 3/4

Breakfast: Flax Snax hot cereal with a splenda and coffees.

Lunch: Salmon over salad greens, diet soda with lemon.

Din Din: 2 steak umms with 1 slice cheese on Lowcarb bagel. Wasn't bad either.

Coffee with cream and Splenda
powdered sugar donut


lunch:
change of plans!
regular roast beef sandwich (arby's)
curly fries
mt dew
ranch dressing for dipping

Expected for dinner:
homemade chicken noodles
instant mashed potatoes (can't have it all lol)
xude flavored water

1 portabella mushroom
1 sprouted whole grain bun
1 laughing cow cheese wedge
1 small organic apple
2 small tomatoes

Dinner
2 low carb tortillas
2 small tomatoes
1/2 cup 2% cheese

3 gin and tonics-not a good idea, should of had just one

sausage pattie
coffee, coffee, coffee

Lunch: Sliced tomato
hamburger pattie
coffee

Dinner: planning a salad

I am going to try the low carb way of eating.

Hmmmm..... I am a terrible eater. Worst you could ever meet. No meat, chicken, and hardly any fruit or veggies. So far today I have had:

2 blueberry Poptarts [Not healthy, but very good and will hold me over for a long time.]
A tiny piece of motzerralla cheese
9 Ritz crackers topped with peanut butter [my favorite snack]
A 16 oz. glass of chocolate milk
An unfrosted cupcake
A little bit of Root Beer
and a few huge spoonfuls of leftover frosting!!!!!!!!!!

Told you I am awful. But I am lucky I eat anything.
 
2 hot cross buns
1 glass apple cider
1 piece pizza with tomatoes, pesto, 2 kinds cheese on it
handful carrots
1 yogurt cup
1 fruit cup: pineapple, cantaloupe, some other kind of melon, about 2c.
1 chocolate chip cookie
1 cup tea, straight up
1 Bocaburger on rye bread with Muenster cheese and ketchup
1 cream soda w/ a shot of hazelnut liqueur
