Eating smart regardless of how you classify your style

MCG= Micrograms, not miligrams
So it has 1.5mg, about ten times less than you would want in Japan, where they don't put flouride, clorine and bromine in everything, which displaces iodine from your thyroid.
According to Dr Brownstien, it takes three months at 50mg a day to displace all the bromine from your thyroid gland.
LOL so much for 100 %
I have a well for water. What else are those 3 in?

100% of the RDA is the bare minimum for not being deathly ill!

Bromine is in everything from bedding to baked goods, pajamas and soft drinks.

Flouride is in toothpaste, municipal water, and some bottled water too.

Chlorine is in swimming pools and hot tubs, unless they're using bromine there too!

Selenium stimulates the immune system and has been shown to be effective in treating sepsis (blood stream infection). Studies show that it increases the number of T cells circulating through the body, both CD4 helper T cells and CD8 cytotoxic (killer) T cells. Even given a good dietary intake (120–134 mcg/day), selenium supplementation still has considerable immunoenhancing effects. At Harborview Medical Center, the noted trauma and burn center at the University of Washington, patients in the intensive care unit receive 400 mcg/day of selenium intravenously for 2 days and then 400 mcg/day by mouth (or through a feeding tube) for the next 5 days (along with 1,000 mg of vitamin C and 1,500 IU of vitamin E).

According to public health officials, pasteurization is necessary to make raw milk safe and to extend shelf life; these officials insist that pasteurization does not harm the nutritional value of milk.

Such statements are erroneous, misleading, and factually incorrect. Many nutrients and immune-enhancing components are destroyed by exposure to high heat and the temperatures used during pasteurization.

Niacin
It's not really a vitamin, because to be defined as a vitamin, it must be something that your body cannot produce.
However, the amount of tryptophan that it takes to make 'vitamin B3' is really a lot! Not a fair exchange, especially when today's frankenfoods are becoming lower in tryptophan all the time.

Do you buy orange juice at the store? If you do, I’m sure you’re careful to buy the kind that’s 100% juice and not made from concentrate. After all, that’s the healthier kind, right? The more natural kind? The kind without any additives? The kind that’s sold in the refrigerator section so it must be almost as good as fresh-squeezed orange juice?

If I’m describing you, then you’re either going to hate me or love me by the time you’re done reading this post. The truth is, that orange juice you feel so good about buying is probably none of those things. You’ve been making assumptions based on logic. The food industry follows its own logic because of the economies of scale. What works for you in your kitchen when making a glass or two of juice simply won’t work when trying to process thousands upon thousands of gallons of the stuff.

Haven’t you ever wondered why every glass of Tropicana Pure Premium orange juice tastes the same, no matter where in the world you buy it or what time of year you’re drinking it in? Or maybe your brand of choice is Minute Maid or Simply Orange?

You should be hearing alarm bells in your head right about now!
