It's illegal yet a lot of people do it every weekend at these flea markets out in the open without a care.

Don't even get me started on the way people drive here and the cops sit back and do nothing, its like they are less strict ot something. I know in Dallas if you cut through a X-store parking lot to make a right turn and avoid a red light you would get stopped. Not here, seen it with my own 2 eyes with a cop right in front of me and he just looked and went on. Lol

Just an update...luckily I made it past my 45 days so this buyer could not scam me out of my money. She is trying but seems I was able to save myself. Also for some reason she left positive feedback. Maybe she has been reading this thread? Anyhow now I wanted to tell everyone do not do business with backwoodsbeauty66 on ebay. Not only did they try scamming me I have received emails from 2 others stating she has done the same to them. Only reason I made it to 45 days was because I was almost 3 weeks behind on egg orders at the time and couldn't ship until later.

My final email to her...

You know what is great about the internet? You have easy access to other people who deal with other people. In the past week I have had 2 other people contact me through a forum and let me know they had similar dealings with you. Also I have been sharing this information with other sellers and buyers on the forum and every person agrees you scam sellers. Also I don't believe people who tell me I can't ship later because they are losing their homes and have to be out by the 25th. BUT you list turkey eggs stating you will ship in the spring? Also you listed an auction 3 times you stole from another seller. Let me let you in on a secret. What you are commiting is buyer fraud ok. You are doing this through the USPS and and scheme done while using the postal service is considered Mail Fraud and it is a felony. Pull up the stories and you will find many people are convicted and sentenced to prison for a long time. Is a few hundred dollars really worth it? I know the other two people are really ticked off and want to file the paper work with the USPS marshal. Luckily I believe people deserve second chances and hopefully you will think hard before trying this on someone else. Also I was just informed of a package sent to TX that was left in the freezing cold and the eggs were chilled. 5 out of 7 chicks hatched. You don't spend $5.00 an egg to resell the chicks for profit. I told you our financial issues and I can't imagine spending that kind of money on shipped eggs to make a quick turnaround on.
