We got beef tongues in the freezer. I kept meaning to figure out how to cook it, and today I looked up recipes and realized that anywhere you can use a brisket you can use tongue. Braised, slow-cooked, smoked, or barbecued are the most popular I've seen. Going to try barbecue tongue and lengua (tongue tacos) with the two I have.

Do it in a mushroom souce!

15 chicks on the staggered hatch so far. Hens are still setting some and incubator has the rest. 15 eggs at various stages left in incubator.

Looks like the model we bought to trim under our hot wires. Wish we would have got a second battery though. It lasts awhile but takes so long to charge.
I will look at mine in the morning and we will compare notes MC
