Do it in a mushroom souce!We got beef tongues in the freezer. I kept meaning to figure out how to cook it, and today I looked up recipes and realized that anywhere you can use a brisket you can use tongue. Braised, slow-cooked, smoked, or barbecued are the most popular I've seen. Going to try barbecue tongue and lengua (tongue tacos) with the two I have.


Sadly, I know people more accident prone.
