Sorry for bringing it up. . I assumed it was a long standing joke between the two of you. I would never have thought anyone ever took it serious.

It's sometimes hard to read what people mean when they type things on the net...
Unless they are being flat out rude, like some people do, you don't really know what is being said.
It's all good.

We got a letter stating the previous owners put an illegal roof over not inspected by the proper channels. Their paperwork states we have the original roof still.
We did not hire an inspection company prior to purchase of the home and we are responsible for that neglected process. We bought the home on a short sale 3 days before the bank took it and doubled the price of the asking short sale listing.
We liquidated everything to get in here.

Oh, a little bit of a mess, hopefully worth it.

I am very aware of that I have read that 4-5 times lately. ia also know what between page 1 and page 7xxx?? will never get read. It would be mind blowing to try and pick of useful information in between all the chit chat . so bear with me as I ask the same questions again and again.

so what is great is that so many people are on here hat a answers only a question away.

Hang in there. It's tough. Do you get alerts when a post of yours is quoted? That's a useful way to see when someone's answered a question of yours.
