EE coloring, no beard

Though EE's can have yellow legs, it makes more sense knowing you ordered a variety. I will say she doesn't have any of the features EE's are typically known for other than her feather pattern. I'm not familiar with leghorns though so I can't say one way or another but others seem to be in agreement that that's what she likely is.

The picture isn't that clear - is that  a single comb coming in?  If so, I'd be leaning Light Brown Leghorn

Yep - when you hear hoofbeats think horses, not zebras -- the leg color, clean face and single comb all fit LBL/Welsummer and do not fit EE. While it is true that EE come in all sorts of configurations due to being mixed breed birds, it makes more sense to consider breeds for which this bird does show characteristics.

This totally. That color is a common color for several breeds. I'm sure thinking she's a brown Leghorn.
