Ive posted some of my girls pictures before here and there, but i will post them again for those of you who havent seen them. I just adore them.
This is Miss Wild Thing
A picture of her back. She is so unique looking.
We named this one Miss Arucana because she is rumpless, we were so suprised. I thought there was something wrong with her at first. lol
Here are my birds. Of course they told me they were araucanas... but if I'm not mistaken, they're not. We lost 17 birds in 9 hours a while back but all is safe for now. A lot of the ones I thought would be the prettiest were the chosen sacfrifices. In all but the first photo they are about 3 months old, can't wait for eggs!
Here they are some time ago
I think this one must be a rooster
This one one of the few that has yellow legs
One of my favorites
That bird standing in the back looks pretty wild in this photo
Looks like a fine beard developing there on the left
Here's my barred EE roo. His mama is hiding behind his tail feathers. His father is a marans. I wish like crazy he had a beard! Oh well, gotta go with what you got. Maybe next generation I can get some beards going...
And these hens are Ameraucana crossed on Golden Laced Wyandotte. I think they look great! I put them in with my Copper Black Marans roo, hoping for some nice looking olive eggers with pizzaz!
