Ee pullet or cockerel?

I have two EEs, same age (8weeks). One is much smaller than my other 6 chicks. It's coloring is different than my other EE, but I gather that doesn't mean much. Second pic is of them together. The size difference makes me wonder if he/she is just a runt. It's hard to get a pic with them together and still, but the smaller EE's comb is more red and slightly larger, even though it's overall smaller.

The comb looks a little large, but it is pale and I see no wattle development. So it could be either-- I'm not sure at this point in its development. Where did the chicks come from? Backyard breeder, farm store or hatchery?

Up close. Meet Chug Bugs (five year old picked the name lol). Chug Bugs has an entirely different body shape than the rest of my chicks. Very narrow and sleek. I don't know if that matters.
