That must be where the phrase"flew the coop" came from...oh but I guess he never even made it in the coop

If he had a dark spot on him, then he's dominate white, not albino.

Mini-genetics lesson to follow...

Dominate white won't completely mask other colors. Some will leak through, whether it's black or red. Eye and leg color may vary.

Recessive white will be pure white. Eye color and leg color may vary.

An albino will be pure white, but will have pink eyes and pink feet.
 
Well, still no rooster today.Anyone got any ideas to get him back?

Haven't seen him today.

Kinda sucks,finally get a rooster and he takes off on me.:eek:
 
Ah! Glad you got that pretty man back. Ameraucanas/EEs can and do fly around, as you have found out! They are lighter than the other laying breeds. You have a pretty set; do keep us posted on how they fare.
