We have a hen who we believe to be egg-bound. We noticed it sitting on the ground unable to move on Thursday so brought it inside and have been doing everything we have read about treating it (epsom salt baths, calcium supplement, vaseline on the area....) It can't walk and is barely eating or drinking. At this point we are worried it is just suffering, and at the same time we are not sure it isn't sick with something else instead, although seems like egg binding since she is struggling in that way and hasn't laid an egg since we brought her in 4 days ago. I can't feel the egg but the belly is big and hard . Anyone have any insight or advice?

If it's belly is hard than it's probably something not good. Could be an infection from and internally broken egg or it could be something else like tumors, or ascites from organ failure. You could try antibiotics, though you need a vet to get some now.

Generally when a bird starts going downhill it can be hard to stop or fix.
