Egg Bound Hen?

Hi everyone! I have a two year old Buff Orpington hen who has recently fallen ill. She hasn’t been laying any eggs, lost weight, poor appetite, pale comb and wattles, and overall listlessness. We took her to the vet who did an x-Ray and discovered a mass in her stomach (perhaps an egg, rock, etc) that needs to be passed. Since then, she’s been moved inside and we’ve been giving her antibiotics and pain medication. We’ve been feeding her watery foods like watermelon, grapes, and soaked mealworms. We have taken out her normal pellets for fear of blocking her further. During the day, we let her out to roam with her sister. Staying moving I’m sure will help her. Recently, after starting the meds her color and alertness has improved. She has pooped, though the poops are fairly small. She is not too interested in food, though she will eat mealworms and such. Not great with drinking though. However, today, she layed down in a makeshift nest box we had made for her and is panting. We set up a fan for her. She’s been sitting there for a while and is uninterested in food or drink, though she is still alert and responsive. Her “down below area” seems to be throbbing (I know, gross) I felt the mass before but now I can’t feel it. Is she trying to pass whatever she has, whether it be an egg or something else? I just want to know if this behavior is a good thing or bad thing and if a good thing, how to further assist her.
Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

Stop with the fruits & give her feed soaked in water if anything. She needs nutrients which the fruits doesn't have, if you can get some NutriDrench that would help. It doesn't sound good to me but wait to see what others have to say ...

Does that mean you don’t think she will make it? I love this hen with everything in me so if there is anything I can do...
