Egg bound or gleet problem??

Her poop might be like that because she hasn't been eating. If she drinks but doesn't eat you can put a little food and some water into a cup an trick her into thinking that she is drinking and not eatingšŸ˜. It worked with one of my hens that had some of the problems that yours has.
I found an article about vent gleet it might help: https://www.tillysnest.com/2012/12/vent-gleet-prevention-and-treatment-html/
I have had hens that have had the same symptoms as your hen before. Unfortunately non have made it very long. She might have ovary cancer or some type ovary infection. In that case you would have to take her to a vet to try to fix her.

How's she doing?

Sheā€™s feeling better I think. It looks like she just got really thrashed by the worms and sheā€™s not egg bound I donā€™t think. Sheā€™s perked up a lot today and is eating a dinner of tuna and soaked layer pellets right now :) Thanks for help and support!
