Egg Bound? Yellow watery poo...

The nest sitting indicates an urge to expel something. Let her. She's having contractions that signal this. Calcium will make the contractions stronger and more effective. It's as important as controlling possible infection.

There's always the possibility of coccidiosis, but her symptoms taken together do not point to this at this time. If she has coccidiosis, she will become more lethargic and her poop may contain blood.

Sorry so many questions lol. So I just came out to check on her. She isn’t in her box anymore. I found her laying down in a common resting area. She doesn’t run away from me like she usually does. She’s letting the other girls pick at her a bit (nothing serious or else I would have removed her). She is almost in a trance like state until she eventually falls asleep.

She doesn’t appear to be straining to get anything out at all. Just seems very lethargic now. I’ve attached some photos of her now. I’m just not sure what to think! Can I treat for cocci and with antibiotics simultaneously?
Should I continue giving her warm epsom salt baths?

You can treat for coccidiosis simultaneously with an antibiotic. In fact, it's wise to do so. Skip the baths and let her rest. You can give her a Corid drench by syringing undiluted Corid at .1ml per pound of body weight for three days in addition to the Corid water.

Thank you again! I picked up Corid today, got calcium in her, and just waiting for the antibiotics to come hopefully Monday!

Now I’m questioning if it’s possibly sour crop and not any of these other things. I didn’t notice yesterday but when I went to give her calcium a bit ago her crop was still large / squishy. That could explain most of the symptoms as well I think? I picked her up and she did make a gurgle noise. I massaged the crop a bit and nothing came up, thankfully but when I did touch her crop she seemed to gasp a bit. she hasn’t eaten in probably 24 hours, except for a tiny bit here and there. I will still treat as recommend with antibiotics and Corid, but wondering if I would overload her by treating with miconazole as well?

lol can you tell I like to be thorough? 😂

Corid is a benign treatment. Miconazole is a benign treatment. An antibiotic is the only thing that's heavy duty that can be hard on her system, but if it turns out she isn't egg bound, you can stop the antibiotic and no harm.

If you suspect a crop disorder, you need to be systematic about it. Withhold all food and water after dark and check the crop first thing in the morning. If it's full and squishy then, she has sour crop and you will then be confident in treating that with miconazole.

Continue with the calcium until the antibiotic arrives. Then we can make the assessment to start her on it or not. It will keep for several years in the fridge, and you'll be thankful for having it next time a chicken gets sick.
