Thank you I will. My aunt works at the ASPCA and a vet clinic she is going to ask the head vet today if he has any thoughts or suggestions. I will keep my post updated.

The vet didn't have any ideas, however, I did her vitamins twice through out the day yesterday and once again today at 2am and gave her yogurt both days. This morning I woke up to a standing, no noodle neck chicken. Yesterday, I honestly didn't think she would make because she wouldn't eat or drink and would just fall over. I will continue her vitamins for at least a week after this just to be safe. I'm thinking maybe she injured herself or suffered from nervous condition.

I'm glad she is up and moving around for you. Continuing the vitamin treatment is a very good idea.
