egg bound?

I may have an egg bound hen, she is sitting in the nest quietly, doesn't react when I picked her up (which is unusual) I felt a hard place I think near her opening, but then it went away. Maybe she was just getting ready to lay, but I thought it unusual this late in the day. What does everyone think?

Thanks, the hen is alright, she was just going broody I think....she is fine, but not laying now....
