Egg Bread

the egg bread is good! i made it a few weeks ago, and i have never, ever, NEVER baked bread before in my life and it turned out GORGEOUS and yummy. DH thought it was too rich.... (poo poo on him) but i thought it was great. i fed the left overs to my chickens who were equally thrilled.

Leftovers of any kind of bread made with eggs make the most wonderful french toast. I'm making Julekake (a Scandinavian Christmas bread) tomorrow and I think I'm looking forward to the french toast even more than the fresh bread.
