Egg covered in paste

One of my chickens just laid this (most likely not the fully developed egg as well) but it was covered with it as well. One of my chickens has the paste all over her vent. Should I clean it off or just leave it. I’m sure it’s just an abnormal egg but I would appreciate if someone could help. Thank you

Looks like a shell less egg. Often they are broken into and eaten. If your hens vent is wet than it may have broke as it was coming out. If possible I would clean her. You don't want to attract pecking from other birds or flies.
