Egg Custard Bake... YUM!

I made chocolate pots de creme -- similar to custard -- just the other day in an effort to use up some of my eggs. The recipe called for sweet baking chocolate, but all I had was 72% cocoa and semi-sweet. I used about half of each and a little extra sugar. WOW! That stuff was so strong it tasted like it had coffee in it. But it was very creamy and delicious.
