Egg-Laying Age By Breed?

I’m sure there is- I could help you though, what breeds do you have that you want to know about

I have a California White, 2 Blue Australorps, 2 Silver-Laced Wyandottes, and 2 Light Brahmas.

I'm considering several other breeds to add next year -- Delawares, Langhans, White Legbars, French Marans (black and cuckoo), and some others.

Isn't that part of the Henderson Chart?
Tho any of those charts are not particularly accurate, just general.
Diet and time of year can have a real impact on onset of lay.

There really isn’t a good way to predict when a chicken will start laying. Of course, some breeds tend to lay earlier or later than others, but the numbers you normally see are typically averages. If you feed a good food, and it’s a warm, sunny month, they will lay earlier than if it was a colder month.

Thanks.

The chicks arrived at the farm store on June 26, so I should probably be opening my nest boxes in early October then -- assuming I'm seeing other POL signs. :)
They'll start telling ya when they're close to laying too. Look for reddening of the waddle/combs, the distinctive squat when you approach them and interest in the nest boxes themselves.
