my chickens are not a year old until feb, they have stopped laying eggs I guess cause weather is colder??/ I have 8 chickens am getting 3 eggs I usto get 7 eggs

If you aren't adding supplemental light then this is just normal seasonal behavior. Chickens need 14 hours of daylight per day to continue a normal laying schedule. It is good for them to have their fall/winter rest, you will have healthier birds doing this and you will still get some eggs, just not as many.
