Egg production help!

Hi, I am wondering what is the best way to not only keep chickens from eating their eggs, but also how to make them cleaner and, how to help the hens produce more.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

If they are intentionally breaking the eggs to eat them, rather than just eating what gets broken accidentally, this is a vey hard habit to break.
