Egg size

So I had my first egg Wednesday!!! Yay! and another one yesterday!!

Now for my question, about how long does it take for the girls to lay normal-sized eggs? I love the cute little eggs I'm getting, Love them. I was just wondering for recipes and such, since they usually call for large eggs.

2 have 2 EE laying for just a couple weeks (maybe 5 for one and 2 for the other) and I would say they are a respectable medium size egg. My RIR that has been laying maybe 2 weeks are just slightly larger except for the occasional super jumbo like I got today. My EE's also very often the first couple weeks laid larger eggs and all were double yolks. At least twice a week.
