I fried them over easy in butter just like a chicken egg and they were delicious, stronger tasting than a chicken egg but thy have very rich dark yolks that tasted great. This was 20 years ago but they were great.
The same way I like chicken eggs, over easy in butter. I never had a problem frying them and they were always top notch. Although I can't remember, I am sure I am scrambled some and don't remember any problems.how would you cook them for breakfast? I've read they don't fry well. Is that also scrambled?
