Egg *taco*

Hey guys!

I don't know if anyone added this, but I make them and they are de-licious!

Just fry up some bacon, scramble some eggs, and put them on a soft tortilla shell, and if you want add some mayonaise!

Those are sooooo good. We call them breakfast burritos. We do them just like you. Sometimes we add salsa and other stuff...it's a great filling dinner and a good way to use up some of these eggs.

i don't add mayonaise... the family does though. I hate mayonaise!

Add salsa and cheese, fresh cilantro is the best too.

Sausage and potatoes are great to add too. Or chopped and sauteed bell peppers and onions. A lot of things you can do. Not really one of those things you can mess up, tastes good no matter how you make 'em.

Yep, add some potatoes and you got yourself a breakfast burrito!

You can also put them between two tortillas, brown in a pan and make quesadillas.
