Egg turner not working for several days, please advise

Just realized my egg turner was disengaged for a few days, probably between days 3 to 7.

What can I expect?
Is there hope? Should I start again?
I can get more eggs from my hens pretty easily.

Not sure, but I'd try to keep going with the hatch. This is really just a bump....

I am not so sure that all chickens turn their eggs as they should...heck if my boys were chickens they would not be turned at all LOL I would just keep going and see what happens.

Thanks for the encouragement. I 'm also wondering, does anyone know what not turning eggs enough does? Do the chicks end up deformed? Or is it just a matter of them not developing at all...

I'm going to candle tonight, but I've got to wait until its totally dark, as I don't have a dark enough closet!
