I will answer your question in order. It has been piped yesterday at around 7am. I assisted the egg with a very small hole at around 7pm yesterday and 9am today and yes I did it from where it pipped. The humidity is at 55 to 60.

If that's the case, I would go ahead and start peeling away the shell. Be slow, but don't worry too much. Its been over 24 hours and that duckling need to get out ASAP.

Like I said before, I don't have experience with ducklings, just chicks, but above is the best advice I can give. @casportpony has done assist hatching in ducklings. Hopefully she could jump in and help.
