The hens are

I think the white rooster you posted is actually a white Langshan.

I don't think so. Hew has feathers all down his legs and very long ones on his feet.

Do you have a better photo of him?

Langshans can come with long feathers on their feet or not. Some breeders (especially hatchery) are going for longer feathers since that is what is popular with customers.
