eggs got cold on 20th day during lockdown!!! Please help

I had a broody hen abandon he nest two days before hatch and I didn’t catch it right away... the egg were stone cold and it was early spring so quite cool outside. I put them in the incubator and a few hours later I could see a little movement once they warmed up and they all hatched (there were 7 I think). Hopefully yours will all be OK too!

Duck or chicken eggs? To my knowledge chicken eggs are more resilient.

At what day exactly did the power go out? And did you candle them making sure they were all fertile and developing?

Like the 7th day and i did candle and they were fertile but not developing

That early in their development they are still quite susceptible. For how long were they left without the proper temperature and/or what was the temperature in the brooder?

btw... an update. tll now 6 eggs have hatched... and they are healthy aswell Alhumdulillah
