Eggs hatching with low humidity

It is 99 in there on the warm end

That's fine. I pull my chicks whenever there is a lull in hatching, even if they are still a little damp from hatching.

Is he doing better now?

He is weak. He kinda walks around and then snuggles into a stuffed animal I have in there.
His eyes are only halfway open. He is sleeping now.

I dripped some warm water on his eyes now he opens them and comes towards me.
Also I got him to peck droplets of water of my finger tip. Now he needs to eat and poop.
He hatched at 6:00 am this morning. When do you think he will start eating?
I hope he makes it!

Brinsea make good incubators for sure. There are other equally as good ones out there, that cost less
