Eggs pipped internally 6 days early and now it is turning grey!

Rooten eggs can affect other eggs in incubator. They admit orders and bacteria. It's best to take it out. Becareful!! When eggs are grey they might bursts!

No way it is rotten, I saw movement and perfectly normal internal pip. The bruising happened withing an hour quickly spreading.

My wonder is, could it be the little one broke it's yolk or blood vessels or something causing the bruise? I mean it happened VERY fast. And there is no smell and the egg even was rocking a little when it first started to bruise, but since I can't detect much.

The grey or bruised looking one is a rotten egg. Also which breed are you incubating? High temps tend to cause fast development. Normal mallard derived ducks take 28 days to hatch while Muscovy eggs take 35 days.

I'm incubating Pekin Ducklings and the temp has been a solid 99.5. the only problem I had was humidity ranging from 40-50 at first, but then it stabilized Midway through the hatch and the air cells seemed to be progressing perfectly despite fluctuations

How many days have you been incubating? When did you start? Also what thermometer are you using? Have you tried using other thermometers to check if the one your using is working properly?
Does the egg have a smell to it?
When you candle it, does anything move inside the egg?

If it is dead, it won't effect the others hatching if I leave it in will it?

Today is day 25. The first time I noticed the internal pip and moving chick on the bruised egg (prior to bruising)and one other egg was the 23 day of incubation.
I started incubating at noon on the 16th. I've been using my incubator thermometer/hydrometer, an oven thermometer, and a thermometer/hydrometer sold for reptile tanks. All reading about the same, minus the oven one taking a long time to register change.
And the egg does not smell at all.
There was a perfectly wiggling chick on the 23rd day and the bruising happened within an hour, the morning of the 24th day.

Try candling it again if possible. If there isn't any movement try poking a hole in the egg.

I have everything on lockdown after seeing the first internal pip.
And one egg is giving peeps every now and then. The peeping egg looks like it has a small hole in it. Can I take out the questionable egg at this point without compromising the others? I do that want to shrink wrap the one with the small hole.
