Eggs pipped internally 6 days early and now it is turning grey!

We still have movement and chirping?
Yes still chips a little is silent for a few minutes then chirps a little more.
She moves her head a lot yawning, opening her beak a lot like panting, tilting her head up every now and then.
She is in a really weird position though, it looks like her feet are tucked behind her head or something. Her head is not under a wing, that is for sure.

You may want to try assisting the duckling in hatching. It looks like it's in the pointy end?
Yeah she is pretty badly malpositioned. I just don't know when it is safe to assist or not.
She was peeping in the shell like a day before I helped with the external pip. She is a little wiggly, but I think she might still have yolk to absorb?
She just looks very uncomfortable in the position she is in, lifting her head up and backwards several times.

I respectfully disagree at this point. I think it would be a lot more wiggly if it is ready to hatch. I agree with the OP that it might still have yolk to absorb.

This is what I am looking at right now.

That's a malposition - the duckling has pipped away from the air cell. You may have a long time ahead of you in terms of it hatching. It never got to internally pip, so the external pip was earlier than it would have normally been, meaning it may still have quite a while of absorbing ahead of it still.

She may be feet over head malpositioned along with being in the wrong end of the egg. That would definitely mean you would need to assist, but I don't think she's at the point that you want to start helping yet.

I think the yawning is the duckling absorbing its yolk.

That's correct, they make yawning and chewing motions when they are absorbing the yolk :)

Here's an article about assisted hatching that can help you, if it comes to that, but give it more time because it definitely doesn't sound like it's ready yet:
