eggs soon?

    Ok to put it bluntly..... just witnessed one of my hens get "nailed" .!! first time ( that i know of).... she is 18 weeks old TODAY! I really thout the egg would be first then the UGLY.... no eggs yet...[​IMG] will this mean....[​IMG] soon! Shes screamin like theres no tommorrow! P.S. they have been chasin but no submition untill today ![​IMG]

    My roo was jumping his "sisters" way before eggs arrived (2-3 weeks)

    Yup, the rooster will mate with them when they are mature. Eggs will be very soon.
