In my opinion, A little low temps in the last few days won't kill them. Think of a broody getting off eggs in the winter time. Fluctuations in a controlled environment are not good, but brief ones don't do as much damage as we might think.
Try starting with your humidity very low (25-30ish) and check air cells around day 7-10. If they look too large, add some water. Its easier to adjust that direction, as opposed to trying to remove water if the air cells are too small.
