They’re getting ready for bed. This is a better example of their differences.
Has anyone successfully traded them in for pullets?

Boys, I believe.

No, you can't trade them in. Even when you buy sexed pullets rather than straight run you are expected to know that sexing is never more than 95% accurate and that you may get males. :)

Thanks this second set of pictures is helpful. My guess is that - in that first pic - the one standing on the right and the two on the right side of the roost (with faces we can see) are all cockerels. The red band and the two to her right look like pullets. I would still give them a couple weeks - till week 10 or 12 - to see how they mature.

I've never tried to return/exchange cockerels. I know some of the hatcheries will sometimes work with you, but sexing is never 100%, so I don't think they're under any obligation. And my understanding is they'll usually make you wait until 12 weeks to see confirmation secondary development (hackle and saddle feathers, etc.)

But never hurts to call and see what the store's policy is - especially since it looks like you've had particularly bad luck. If they do anything, my guess would be a refund for the chicks or new chicks - but I doubt they're going to have started pullets on hand to trade. But with those low expectations in mind, no harm in calling and at least letting them know.
