Elector psp cats and dogs

Hello. I just treated my birds with elector psp. I'm trying to find out if I can spray it around my cats and dogs. I'd like to spray my porch for house flies with the extra. But can't find information about if it's safe to spray around cats or dogs.

Yes, you can. It has a low toxicity to people and animals. They don't advise spraying ON any animal but I know many do spray their chickens with it.

On the label is says not to spray horses intended for consumption. What the heck?
