Electric charger?

Hey everyone, does anyone know of a good electric charger to wire around a fence for predators?

Patriot P5 is plenty for chickens, P10 for bees.

I use those as they are AC or DC powered. For AC only they are cheaper. Any AC powered charger that produces .5 Joules is plenty. If not grounding out fair for bear. You need 1 joule if bear is the main concern like for bees.
