EMERGENCY: Broody killed all chicks but one egg. Still hope?

The chick just hatched! I am totally new to this...What should I do next? What temp should the incubator be at? It is at 100.4 right now. When should I move the chick to the brooder?

I move mine once they find their feet. it's up to you. you can wait till she's dry if you want. still air 100.4 is fine. once chick is dry most prefer around 95F maybe a little warmer since it's only 1 chick.

Keep temp at around 98-100
Move the chick once it is fluffed up and fully dry.

Make sure you have a chick safe waterer that it cannot drown in.

I noticed half of the chick's face is swollen. Was it stuck for a while?
